RUGBY WORLD CUP - special conditions
The 7th Rugby World Cup will be held in New Zealand during September and October 2011. Rates for the period of this event will remain the same as above. However, in addition to United Vehicle Rentals normal terms and conditions, some additional conditions will apply to all bookings with a pick up date between 01 September and 23 October 2011 inclusive. The additional conditions are designed to discourage speculative business practices:

A minimum hire period will be 14 days.

Amendments to the period of hire will be accepted without penalty only up to (3) three months of the pick up date, and any request to change the period of hire will be treated as a new request and subject to availability at the time the change is requested.

Amendments to the period of hire within (3) three months of the pick up date will be subject to an amendment fee of NZ$400 and will be treated as a new request, and subject to availability at the time the change is requested.

Normal cancellation conditions will be strictly applied.

Special promotional offers will not apply during the period of the Rugby World Cup.
